HP monitor webcam, not working through D6000 docking station

Hi there,

I have 2 HP monitors with built in webcams connected to my MS Surface laptop via a Dell D6000 docking station.  The monitors work fine but I cannot get a webcam in the monitor to be recognised. Do you know how to resolve that?
