G3223Q, keeps going blackout for a few seconds
I've recently reinstalled my Windows 11 Pro OS and installed Dell Display Manager 2.
Everything has been fine lately. And yesterday I tried to switch to HDR from DDM2 and the screen didn't switch to HDR. So I disabled HDR again. Then I noticed that it was disabled in the Windows display settings. I enabled it from Windows and enabled it in Screen OCD. HDR came back on, but the Windows settings didn't recognize the HDR certificate. In my previous OS I can see VESA DisplayHDR 600 info. And then the screen suddenly started closing and opening again. I did a factory reset in the OCD menu and also reinstalled the firmware, but I still have this problem. In the diagnostic report before I did the factory reset, it said this:
"11-16-2024 20:12:10.189 13156 [changeStatus] Ready

How can I fix this issue?

None of the support staff even responded. Dell, you have a first class support. It tears me up!
I assume it was a DDM software related issue. I've uninstalled it and the problem is gone.

Edit: *OSD menu
It looks like triggered by something whether in the video or in desktop/settings. Sometimes it takes for a few hours to occur this issue.
