G3223D, screen goes black then back to normal, #2
Hello, I'm having the exact same problem as described in this post.
I was just wondering if there were any quick fixes or settings I could adjust before opening an official support request or warranty replacement? I purchased this monitor approx. 6 months ago from Amazon on June 23, 2023. I noticed within about a month that it would occasionally just "go to black" for about 3-5 seconds, then come back on. It started out as a minor annoyance, but it has now increased in frequency to where this happens at least once an hour. Sometimes it will even happen about 6 or 7 times back-to-back all in a couple of minutes. And it's not even during gaming or high intensity graphical operations, I can be working in a spreadsheet when it starts.
I have the G3223D as my main monitor connected with the DisplayPort cable that came in the box. I have 2 other ASUS 27" monitors (that are identical) flanking the Dell, and they are connected with a DP cable as well. Neither of them experience this shutting off issue. I'm also including the requested info from the other post below. Please advise on how to proceed and thanks in advance for any assistance.
* What Desktop PC model
Corsair Vengeance i7400 Series Gaming PC - Liquid Cooled Intel Core i7 13700K CPU - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Graphics - 32GB Vengeance RGB DDR5 Memory
* What operating system?
Windows 11 version 22H2 Build 22621.2861 (kept updated and patched)
* What Desktop PC video card/GPU
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4070 Ti Graphics (updated driver version 546.33 WHQL)
* What ports are available to test on the Desktop PC video card/GPU?
The RTX 4070 has 3 DisplayPorts, and 1 HDMI port. HDMI port is unused, and all 3 DPs are being used by the Dell and 2 ASUS. I can switch the cables and ports around if that would be worth testing.

@strayersy I had to contact Dell Support. We ran a few tests and tried different things, but ultimately they had to replace the monitor.
Also, throughout the testing, they requested a video to see what exactly was happening. Here was what mine was doing in case you need it:

To receive assistance from Dell chat Technical support, they need to first verify the owner and warranty status. Click the "Get Help Now" icon on the right to start a live chat session. Provide to them the private G3223D Service Tag and all of your troubleshooting.
* Turn everything off
* Disconnect the two ASUS monitors from the PC
* Turn the PC and G3223D on. Retest
