G2724D, using hours check?
Today I buy a new DELL G2724D monitor. I want to understand whether the monitor is new or second hand. Could you help me please? It is important that if it was a second hand monitor, I will have to contact with dealer ASAP.

Hours used is not in the online G2724D User's Guide. The Menu OSD does not show hours used.
What is the the non-private 20 digit serial number on the label. That will tell us the build date.

I dont need production date or time, As I kindly request to DELL, I just need to see my new monitor using ( operation) hours, so I can understand whether my monitor is new or second hand. Some models of Dell monitor shows a screen (maybe OSD) with using hours info. Help me please for G2724d , if your company has a guide page as Pdf or some doc, could you send me please, so I can reach a screen which allows to see using hours of DELL G2724D Gaming Monitor.
Best regards,
Erdem K

* That is not possible through the Dell G2724D menu as shown in the online User's Guide. See this.
so I can understand whether my monitor is new or second hand.
* That can ONLY be obtained by checking the private Service Tag or Express Service Code. The private Express Service Code you provided earlier shows a P2222H, not G2724D. Check the rear label and via private direct message, send me the Service Tag.
Some models of Dell monitor shows a screen (maybe OSD) with using hours info.
* Which models?

I have already sent photo of my monitor's rear label on DM.

Like P2219H you could see youtube video as shown below link, I think it should be that using hours can be seen by users all of DELL monitor models like P2219H.

Ok, that is not the customer facing OSD Menu as shown in the monitor User's Guide. That video is showing the monitor hidden FSM (Factory Service Menu). Every Dell monitor has this hidden FSM.
Dell policy statement =
Dell Technical Support agents cannot assist in this. The monitor FSM (Factory Service Menu) is only used by our Dell service technicians in the factory. The reason being that you could enable or disable something in the FSM and break the monitor which is not covered by the Dell warranty.

Why not install EnTech Monitor Asset Manager to see "Active power on time" ?
