According to the Dell USA MDS19 sales page, the VESA Adapter Plates are included =
This usage is also shown in the online MDS19 Manuals & Documents --> VESA Adapter Plate - Quick Start Guide.

Unfortunately, I bought a used monitor stand, so I don't have it. Basically, I bought new monitors, and also a computer and docking station for my son. It turned out his monitor and docking station weren't working, so I gave him mine and kept his, and now I can't use it on this stand.
