Dell Display Manager's stupid logic

This is feedback regarding Dell Display Manager. Its "source switching" feature requires the same shortcut key to be configured for all monitors, and the monitor to switch is determined by the position of the mouse cursor.

I wonder if the person who designed this illogical feature has ever used two or more monitors simultaneously.

I hope the logic for switching monitor sources can be improved to allow assigning shortcut keys independently for different monitors. If the same shortcut is assigned to multiple monitors, it could mean switching all of them simultaneously.
For example, I only intend to connect a video cable to my other computer for occasional use. It would be much more convenient to switch a single monitor directly with a shortcut key rather than moving the cursor to that screen first.

The Dell Display Manager needs to replicate the full settings of the monitors. Especially if it applies, the maintenance options. I am disabled and struggle reaching the joystick under my AW3423DW when the monitor refresh request comes around every four hours. It would be far easier if I could trigger the refresh with a mouse click or within Display Manager. It is possible to adjust contrast, etc., or HDR, but why not the maintenance, which is vital for the health of the monitor? I think DELL are letting customers down with this one.
