DDPM not working on macOS, DDPM and USB logs
All macOS user should update to the macOS Tahoe 26.4 March 2026 release. Once updated, restart the Apple computer.
Check your monitor firmware version in Menu--> Others. Then compare to the Monitor Drivers & Downloads site to verify that you are running the latest firmware.
Then retest DDPM.
Prior to clicking Get Help Now on the right to chat with Dell Technical Support, gather the Logs.
1 – Collect DDPM logs and USB logs:
Open Finder and navigate to Log: Get /User/Applications/DDPM/
Collect the file - DDPM.log
Collect all - DellMonitorSDK-XXX.log (xxx represent different dates)
2 - crash log collection
go to launchpad > other >console >Crash Reports > Reveal in Finder >DDPM-xxxx-xx-xx-xxxxx.ips

3 - compress these collected files and share with Dell Get Help Now agent.
