DDPM for Mac not opening

When I try to open DDPM on my Mac mini I see this series of messages:

The File "DDPM_settings.json" doesn't exist.
The File DDPM_camera_Settings_json" doesn't exist.

And then the DDPMb app closes.

I've tried deleting the DDPM app folder and reinstalling, but the same problem occurs. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? I'd love to be able to control the integral webcam?
