DDPM 2.1.0.20 Identifies monitor but no wireless mouse and keyboard
I have updated DDPM to latest version (2.1.0.20) after I had to remove the previous version which caused a huge memory leak on my Precision 7690.
The new version identifies my monitor correctly but does not see the usb wireless receiver for my Dell wireless keyboard and mouse. I have reinstalled the usb receiver, wireless and mouse with no success. I do not wish to use Bluetooth for these items. Any ideas?

Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Precision and Dell monitor Service Tags with them. Once verified, they will troubleshoot with you.
new version identifies my monitor correctly
* What Dell monitor model?
does not see the usb wireless receiver for my Dell wireless keyboard and mouse
* In what device and port is the USB-A wireless receiver connected?

Monitor is U3223QE but it is not the monitor that is the problem. I only posted on the monitor forum as there is there are other posts for DDPM here.
USB wireless receiver is for Dell KM7321W wireless keyboard and mouse. I have placed the receiver in all front and rear USB 3.2 Gen 1 slots on Precision 7960 and on the monitor USB hub. DDPM does not recognise it but Windows 11 detects it on all USB slots. The keyboard and mouse work perfectly and were recognised on the previous release of DDPM. They are not on this version.

OK. Will report this to the DDPM team. For now uninstall DDPM 2.1.0.20. Reinstall the older working version.

Thanks for your replies Chris. The previous release of DDPM caused a massive memory leak, with process Dell.CoreServices.Client using over 50% of my 64GB memory. It was reported on Dell Community. I note that Dell Core Services, which was installed with the previous DDPM release, was subsequently updated and this fixed that problem. I will keep this version until it is updated. The lack of keyboard and mouse oversight is not critical.

I have now updated to DDPM 2.1.0.23 and the program still does not see my USB wireless receiver. I have uninstalled this and other Dell programs, cleaned the registry but still it does not recognise the receiver. My mouse and keyboard are woirking fine.
