Black Screen E153FPc Monitor

My monitor turns on normally and within 2 seconds goes to black screen. When on the picture display is perfect.The power button stays Green.Turn off monitor and back on, same thing happens.I saw a reply to that said the problem is in the 4 resistors inside the monitor. I'm wondering where these Resistors can be purchased and how to get at them inside the monitor to replace them.Thanks.
