Alienware 27" QD-OLED - AW2725DF Shipping and packaging disaster

Ordered this monitor last week with express shipping, only got it today. 

Packaging was punctured on the side where the monitor’s face laid. 

Opened the box and started set up to assess damage. While peeling off the protective bubble wrap, a large rectangle was stuck / glued to the face of the monitor. Absolutely ridiculous.

Is this a common issue? Has anyone had this, and if so, how was it remedied?

Beyond pissed.
