2725qe - thunderbolt daisychain not working on dell lattitue but works on mac
Hi,
I recently purchased 2 (two) 2725qe monitors to use with my work laptop (dell latitude 7420) and my macbook air. I've connected the two monitors using thunderbolt cables (daisy chain) and I had planned to connect the laptops using a thunderbolt cable. When I need to switch from one laptop to the other, I would just switch the thunderbolt cable.
I expected to have "issues" with the mac but it works flawlessly. It connects, display on all monitors, and can extended display, etc.
However, when I connect the dell latitude, it will only bring up the "main" monitor. My 2nd monitors states "No thunderbolt (140W) signal from your device.
Obviously all connections are correct as the mac is working just fine.
Any suggestions are welcomed.

Dell GHN (Get Help Now) chat technical support must verify the ownership and warranty status. Click the blue "Get Help Now" on the right to start a private live chat session. Share the private Latitude and monitors Service Tags with them. Once verified, they will troubleshoot with you.
Assuming you mean the U2725QE?
What wattage AC power adapter is connecting to the Latitude 7420 left side #1 Thunderbolt 4 port?
Latitude 7420 right side #3 Thunderbolt 4 port --> U2725QE Thunderbolt 4 cable --> First U2725QE #7 Thunderbolt 4 upstream
First U2725QE #6 Thunderbolt 4 downsteam --> U2725QE Thunderbolt 4 cable --> Second U2725QE #7 Thunderbolt 4 upstream
