2000FP - horizontal line flashes sporadically

I have a 2000FP LCD that has been working fine for a few years. A couple of days ago it started flickering a horizontal line (can appear anywhere on screen) that flashes for maybe half a second then disappears. Sometimes it flashes a line every few seconds, sometimes every few minutes; it's sporadic. Is my monitor biting the bullet? I have 5 days left on my warranty so I'm trying to figure this out. Any ideas would be appreciated.
