Wireless mouse and keyboard (Dell KM714) working but saying driver not installed

I have a Dell XPS 8700, with a wireless keyboard and mouse, Dell KM714, the receiver, keyboard and mouse work, but the device manager says that the drivers are not installed. I cannot start Bluetooth, which is required for security features. A few builds ago they were recognized but now they aren't.  Weird, but I can live with it for now, but worried it might cause problems in the future.
