Stereo Mix is missing (dell studio 1747 )

Hallo, 

Stereo Mix is missing in my computer, it isn't not disabled, it doesn't exist at all. I have got a Dell Studio 1747 with windows 7 installed.

How can I solve this problem? I need this feature.
