Snapshot capabilities including application integration with Exchange and SQL

I'm responding to an RFP and they presented an application specific question regarding EMC snapshot technology. Here is the questions:

"Explain your snapshot capabilities including application integration with Exchange and SQL. How much administrative and overhead space is required to accommodate snapshots with your solution?"

Anyone have or know where I can find a good write-up that can answer this question?
