I recently purchased a monitor from Dell, but changed my mind because I found a better deal on a different monitor. I initiated my return and chose the option for UPS to pickup my return for me. (I am going to be busy babysitting for the entire week and can't take kids) However, when I clicked it and went through with the return--I was never prompted to choose what date or time for UPS to pick it up for me. All it said was that I would be emailed for further instructions. However, it has been over 10 hrs and I have not received any email from Dell. I am at a loss of what to do next. Can I just drop it off myself even though I already chose UPS to pick up my return for me? Because at this rate I would rather not go through with all the hassle.
