Restore EFI partition for OEM windows

Hi,  I have a dell latitude E7440 laptop with OEM windows 7 pro licence key which automatically activate windows but unfortunately when I installed clean windows 7 pro OEM by bootable usb stick, I deleted the EFI Partition. As a result the new Windows can't boot. It says, "EFI\Boot\bcd is not found"
