"Not connected to the internet" but have Internet access, doesn't work perfectly

My computer has the "Not Connected" symbol. It is connected to a wifi network, says that the network has no internet, no matter which one I choose. I have tryed with many networks but the problem seems to be with the computer, because the funny and strange thing is that when I use Google Chrome, it works, I can watch a movie or download anything.

But, when I try to use the Microsoft Solitaire Collection, for example, which needs wifi, it does not work because "I need an internet connection to use it". Or when I try to open "Network & Internet Settings" to solve this, it does not open, it doesn't matter if I try to open it from the Wifi taskbar on the bottom right, or from the control panel; my computer opens anything in the control panel, except for the "Network & Internet Settings".
