NMM Exchange backup hangs Exchange server

Hi,

NetWorker server - 8

NMM - 2.4.1

Backing up one node of a three node DAG, passive.  Starts okay:

...but at this point there is no more progress and the client becomes unresponsive, though it's still up and on the net, but must ultimately be power cycled.

I have a SR open on it but they don't yet know why this is happening.  Hoping this has happened to someone else on this forum.
