Migrating LUNs from storage A (iSCSI) to Storage B (FC)

Hope you can help me with this one.

I’m working on a project that requires “live migration”, (no downtime, or minimum downtime), from several physical windows hosts connected in iSCSI to a legacy HP storage --> to an EMC storage using FC.

Unfortunately we haven’t got any tool (PP Migration Enabler, Open Migrator/LM) that supports migrations of boot devices.

I wonder if anyone can provide me some advice about how to accomplish this task.
