Larde scale Exchange 2010 Deployment

Microsot Buddies,

Does anyone have a HL design or reference architecture for an Exchange 2010 deployment of +400,000 mailboxes which is very cost effective! Virturalisation is key and where the design may have used scale out NAS with Isilon.
