Laptop not working properly

I have Dell Inspiron 3567. After I updated windows then some of keyboard keys started not working and volume up key was pressing automatically. I reinstalled keyboard drivers but it won't worked. I have checked for hardware but it is proper. Then finally due to frustration I reset my laptop but does not solve the problem even laptop does not work correctly it gets stuck various times. Please help me!!
