INSPIRON 15 3000 SERIES WONT TURN ON

Hi! I got this computer on August 2018. My sister broke the screen (just the screen everything else was working) a year ago and I had it repaired recently this year. My younger brother was using it a couple weeks ago for his online classes. He says he shut it off, charged it, and the next day it wouldn’t turn on. The led light turns on (2 reds and Four whites) when we charge it and the keyboard lights do too. The CAPS LOCK is on and wont turn off and the screen is black. Can somebody help me, I would highly appreciate it!?   :(:
