Headphones, microphones not detected, coming background noise while recording screen, drivers are upto date, maxx audio pro not

I have Dell inspiron 3542. I am facing problem with speakers and microphone. My PC doesn't recognize headphones or any microphone. While screen recording, unnecessary noise comes most frequently. I have all updated drivers and BIOS but nothing has worked till now. I installed maxx audio pro but it shows it is not upto date. Whenever I come in Dell 's website, I don't find any audio driver for maxx audio pro. I have updated, disabled audio drivers and restarted my pc for multiple times but no changes occur. Now I am tired of solving this problem by myself. So, I am here seeking for help.
