Great tool! Exchange Processor Query Tool
Why do I think it great? It does help my work on Exchange sizing.
According to Exchange calculator input requirement, we need to inquiry on SEPC.org to find your Servers SPECit2006 for CPU Core sizing, it is time consuming and repeatable work, and some time it might not have # we are looking for.
Exchange Processor Query Tool, http://gallery.technet.microsoft.com/Exchange-Processor-Query-b06748a5
I find it able to get result from SPEC.org based on your criteria, if it was a not tested configuration, it would return you an average # based on configuration with same # cpu core and cpu model.
Enjoy it!

Is this tool running on exchange server and automatically pulling out server CPU information? Or you need to manually type in CPU information?

You need to input the CPU information manually.
