Forgot Password - PowerEdge T420 - Standard 2012 - Out of Warranty - No Media

I bought a Dell PowerEdge T420 Server with Microsoft Server 2012 Standard back in 2013

I retired due to health issues back in 2014, My PowerEdge T420 Server sat covered up for years until my wife said I need to get rid of it!  I don't have the media disks that came with the server, nor do I remember the password we used, mostly because it has been 5 years since I last logged into the server. I took it to a repair shop (Geek Squad) and they said I needed to get the password or media in order to log into my server. my dell extended warranty ran out last year and now I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place!
