ESRP V3 DOES support to be virtualized

ESRP V3 has removed limit of running over virtualization infra, which is enforced on former version, since MS addressed unreliable results from Jetstress over VMs, especially the accuracy of IO latency.

And Jestress 2010 has been supported to be running over, ESX 4.1 or higher, Hyper V 2008 R2 or higher.
