ESI SCOM - VNX filesystem capacity alerts supported?
In the documentation for ESI v3 it's not clear if the SCOM management pack supports alerting on capacity usage for NAS filesystems (it mentions storage pool and LUNs but not filesystems) - does anyone know if this is supported/included?

Yes that is possible. There are probably multiple ways, but one way is to set an override to the default monitor for specific objects. The image below is an override against the "Storage Pool Available Capacity Percent" monitor, for a specific file system (SMB_FS,) where I changed its alert to be critical at 5% free space as opposed to the default of 10%

NAS file systems look to be supported with v3. I just confirmed in my environment. They report as "CIFS shared folder pool." These are the file systems on the VNX

Thanks, that looks promising!
Do you know if it's possible to configure alerts based on consumed capacity per fs?
