Edge Webview2 Runtime will not Install

I want to install Dell Support Assist but it requires Edge Webview2 Runtime to be Installed. But it downloads, and extracts, but then will not install.

Any suggestions? I do not have MS Edge browser installed. I do not use it.

Would the Runtime app install if I installed Edge Browser?
