Does OS include the licence?
Hi,
Looking at purchasing a PowerEdge T140. If I choose "Windows Server 2019 Standard,16CORE,FI,No Med,No CAL, Multi Language" as the operating system does this include the 16 core licence that is necessary as later on it gives me an option to purchase a 16 core licence separately.
Also it I was to purchase my licencing elsewhere how could I obtain the installation media?

Ordering that line item should provide you with a licensed copy of Windows Server 2019 for up to 16 cores. If you were to purchase the license elsewhere, you wouldn't have an OEM copy of Windows from us. However, you could get the media by using Microsoft's download link for the trial, then applying the full license to it. This is what we generally recommend for customers that need to reinstall Windows, since they can get the file to create media within a few minutes, as opposed to something on the scale of days.
