Rafa. Thank for that information. How do we access centers? Is there an Oracle Technology Center in your area as well?

LATAM MTCs can be access from any other MTC in the world. Or you can travel down here for a visit.
But we don't have any Oracle Technology Centers yet.

Interesting, this definitely could be a resource to leverage on MS solution selling. I have found in China, Since February 2004, in cooperation with the local governments and partners, Microsoft has established 11 Microsoft Technology Centers
in Chengdu, Liaoning, Hefei, Jiangxi, Tianjin, Guangzhou etc. These centers serve as a platform to provide service on software development and talent training to local ISVs and partners, so as to provide them technical support for software development, and to promote knowledge and independent innovation. I'd like the chance to test this service in the near future.

I brought a proposal for an Oracle tech center with the Oracle team. Perhaps one day soon they'll set one up.
