DELL XPS8950 stuck firmware recovery

Hi,

  new to all this so sorry if in the wrong place etc. last night I updated my computer through the Dell app (new firmware) I let it do its thing and shut down itself. Come to try to get on and stuck in recovery advising updating firmware, try’s to install but shuts down and reboots back.

  F2 and F12 don’t work, the CTRL & ESC option does and opens recover BIO - do this and loads up failed, the other is reset and the just reboots into the Recovery again.

please anyone on here can help before I contact Dell, should have stuck to installing myself in flash drive but put too much trust in the dell app!
