Dell Laptops Failing to Authenticate Against the Domain

I have a Dell R540 running ESXI 8.0, On that I have my DC running Windows Server 2022,DHCP running Server 2022 and file server running Server 2022. I have upgraded my engineers from Desktops to Dell Precision laptops with docking stations. I have also Upgraded my accounting dept to Latitude 5540s with docking stations. Now everyday they all have to reboot in the morning because the local domain goes unauthenticated on every device. This happens also mid day causing them to reboot as well disrupting business, the 1 tower I have remaining has no issues and my 1 lenovo has no issues. This appears to only be happening to newly domain joined devices in the last few months and I cannot isolate the root cause for this.
