Dell laptop won't turn on.

I have Dell Latitude E6430 laptop. I went to sleep, woke up and laptop wasn't able to turn on. When I try to turn it on, the fan isn't working, no display on the screen and caps lock is flashing. Power button is lighting. Tried switching rams, hold power button for 30 seconds without battery and adapter, none of these worked. What may be the problem? 

Any solutions?
