Current Input not Supported by monitor display? Optiplex 7010

So I just got this refurbished windows 11 PC for Christmas.

PC: OptiPlex 7010

Monitor: Dell E910S

However after booting up the pc, it takes me to this screen:

Message:

The current timing is not supported by the monitor display.

Please change your input timing to 1280x1024@60Hz  or any other monitor listed timing as per the monitor specifications.

Every time I keep scrolling on this site it keeps saying use a DVI to HDMI cord, but my PC and monitor only use the DVI hence it came with the box and there is no HDMI input anywhere. Only DVI and and USB is on the PC. This problem has been annoying me a lot and I can't fix it. Please help me asap. Thank You.
