Constant freezes and bluescreens on Alienware laptop and desktop
Gonna try and keep this as simple as possible.
The other day I factory reset my desktop (Alienware Aurora R5), and later it started to bluescreen and freeze very often, even when I was doing nothing at all. Then it got so bad it would startup and just black screen right before the login screen. Got a fresh installation of windows 10 pro from a flash drive, booted it up and it still froze after about an 30 mins of using the discord web interface (didn’t install any extra programs).
Now for my laptop (Alienware 17, it’s about 5 years old now). Had no problems with it up until now, somehow I’m having problems with both my desktop and laptop in about the same timespan (1 week) and it’s weird because they’re both quite different systems, with different operating systems (desktop has windows 10 pro and laptop has windows 8.1). I had it sitting for a bit in my bag, tried to wake it up from sleep mode and said windows booted up incorrectly or something, clicked restart and logged in, and about 2 minutes later it freezes, and doesn’t unfreeze. And this happens every time I boot it up now.
I ran intense diagnostics on both systems from the boot menu or wherever it’s located, and apparently all the hardware came back fine after 12 total hours of testing.
If someone could assist me in this it would be very appreciated as I have no fully functional computers to use during quarantine now.
Thanks in advance.

For the desktop Aurora, if you have installed the new window, it has to be the component. Check for component like rams, or heating system, or check for cables make sure they are connected well.
For the laptop, install the latest bios drive. if problem still persists, reinstall window version.
