Can't boot from HD on dell optiplex3060

Hello there everyone I am facing a problem that I never experienced before I do not work with Linux that much but recently I faced a problem I have a dell optiplex3060 with ubuntu OS I installed win 10 on it(switched to win not having a dual boot OS) and since then I can not boot from the HD anymore,,

in the BIOS I cant even see the HD,i know that I must boot from the UEFI not the legacy but even in the UEFI I cannot see the HD drive at all and from the HW properties I see that it is read on the SATA port its connected to in the UEFI I can only see the NIC (IPV4 and 6)  and I tried everything from enabling and disabling the secure boot and enable and disabling the legacy boot..

Please if anyone can help me on this I would really be grateful

one of the solutions I got was to update the BIOS but I really don't want to since it is very risky to do it..
