All the files getting deleted automatically!!

main issue :all the files and folder are deleted. and if i am creating any folder or downloading any files and getting my pc restart these files gets deleted automatically.

(i havent created a backup yet, so cannot geta anything through backup, also have checked the bin but that is empty too)
