Alienware m15 overheating

My alienware m15 is reporting temps at 95 degrees for my cpu and 80 for my gpu. Bothe usages are below 30. Playing heavy video games. I have tried switch from “performance” profile to “cool” profile, and as well as a custom profile with the fans always at 100 percent, nothing works. Im not playing in a soft fabric surface, im playing on a wood desk with back of the computer raised a half inch of the desk to allow room for the fans to blow.
