Alienware 25 gaming moniter

I bought the free sync version of this moniter a week ago and it came in the mail 2 days ago, now the screen is completely white and won't change regardless of what I do, I spent 300 plus bucks on this and I will be very disappointed if it broke in 2 days since it arrived.
