SCCM third party catalog dock firmware
We have been syncing the SCCM Dell third party update list but not deploying anything until recently. However in last week sync the dock firmware such as the TB 19 & 22 seems to have disappeared. In my sync this morning it is still missing and looks to be expired per the logs but no new build was posted. Is anyone else seeing this?
SyncUpdateCatalog: 'Dell Dock WD19/WD22TB4 Firmware Update Utility,1.0.36,01.00.20' (Update:'552bef9d-8a69-434a-bec8-70b2b3f5b1ef') Vendor 'Dell' Product:'Firmware' is synchronized to WSUS but is expired no publish actions are possible.
I also noticed the Dell Pair application disappeared and is not under a different model seeing this in the logs: SyncUpdateCatalog: 'Dell Pair Application,1.2.2,A00-00' (Update:'00281d25-9fbd-4482-9257-b8ce3770a263') Vendor 'Dell' Product:'Drivers and Applications' is not in a category configured for synchronization, it will be skipped.
How are we supposed to know which computer model has this application? Or am I not seeing a "model" that is actually just software?
