DCIP 3.1 for SCCM 2012 Sp1 Does not work at all.

Dell Client Integration Pack (DCIP) for Microsoft System Center 2012 SCCM

SCCM version is 2012 Sp1+CU2

When going to create a task Sequence ->Dell Client Integration pack ->Create Bare Metal Client Deployment Template (or any functionality within the console for that matter) the tool gives the following Error....every time.

Could not load assembly '..\XmlStorage\Extensions\bin\Deployment\Dell\Client\ClientDeployment'
