I can't enter bios or boot to the windows

During an update my laptop powered of and when I powered it up it stuck on dell logo and when I try to enter bios it get stuck on the startup menu with half loding bar my laptop is dell latitude 5495 I tried different things like rest the bios by removing the cmos battery for 30 minutes and pressing the power button for 30 seconds but to no avail the only thing that worked is removing the ssd m.2 then I'll be able to enter bios is there away I can use the ssd m.2 to repair windows and booted up or it's bricked
