XPS13 HDMI problem

XPS13 9360 using Dell Adapter-USB-C to HDMI/VGA/Ethernet/USB 3.0 DA200, windows 10 pro, version 10.0.16299 build 16.299 from msinfo32, using multi display extend mode, the main monitor is hdmi , secondary is laptop itself

suddenly, may be after windows 10 background update, don't know exactly what time, the main monitor(HDMI) the brightness and contrast are strange, and the font seems like crack, try uninstall and re-install VGA drivers from Drivers & downloads​ Version: 22.20.16.4771 ,A08(06 Oct 2017), but can't fixed the problem. and the laptop screen is no this problem.
