VT-X enabling?

Hi all,

I have a Dell Latitude E7440 with win 10 and it seems I'm not able to enable the vt-X option requested by virtual box. I checked the bios and all virtualization options are enabled. with an intel tools it seems the processor doesn't support the virtualization, which sounds strange, infact people from intel confirmed that the processor does support it.

can someone please help me?

thank you

What CPU do you have -- i.e., i3-4010U, i5-4200U?

That CPU does support VT-x.  Windows 10 may be the issue -- see here:

(also note that if you need Hyper V support, it's ONLY available in 10 Pro or 10 Enterprise - not in the standard version of Windows 10).
