Please type services.msc onto the [Cortana] search box, stroll down to WLAN Autoconfig, right click on it, select Properties, Automatic, click on the “Start” button, Apply button, and then "Ok" button. Restart system, hopefully wireless is running normally.
If you aren't able to update the BIOS or update latest firmwares for the router and modem, I suggest resetting the router and modem by following steps below:
1. Power off system. Remove all peripherals and AC adapter. Remove all cables for the router and modem from the wall outlet.
2. Wait about 2 minutes, and then connect the router and modem cables back into the wall outlet.
3. Wait a few minutes for the modem and router to fully power on. Replace AC adapter, and power on the system. Hopefully WIFi works normally
Please check the router and modem manufacture websites for the latest firmware. After updating, if the WIFI still disconnect, I suggest updating the latest System Setup (BIOS). Please watch Dell video to safety install latest BIOS version in link below. By the way, windows 10 is on the system?
