Segmentation fault on Precision 7720

Machine: Precision 7720 laptop with i7-7920HQ cpu running Windows 10 with Oracle VirtualBox and Centos 7 linux host. I am getting a segmentation fault when attempting to execute a commercial precompiled program used by quantum chemists, Molpro. The supplier has never had this problem on any other 64 bit Intel processor. The program is compiled by the supplier using Intel compilers. Has anyone had a problem with this or other precompiled programs using this processor under Linux operating systems? Memory checks on this system have not shown a problem.
