Printers and Cameras
I have a HP Photosmart 8250 printer and a Canon Rebel XT (EOS) Digital camera. I am having problems using the features of these products with my new Dell laptop. Can you help me resolve these problems? Thank you in advance for your help in this matter.

First thing: edit your post to remove the service tag; it is a violation of the terms of service to post it.
Second: what problem are you looking to solve?

Im guessing the computer can see the printer and camera, but there is no communication. Have you checked if the right drivers are installed?
alternativley, Ensure u are placing the paper in the photo tray..
if u r printing from the memory card which is inserted in the printer, ensure that the photo button on the printer is on you can also try to reset the printer by going to the settings/tools menu (rench symbol) and then look for the Factory Restore (Might be under "Preferences")

Sorry about that. I did not know about the service tag thingy. Anyway, when I installed my printer to my new Dell it won't let me print pictures on the 4X6 paper and from that tray. And with the camera it is saying that my Canon Rebel XT (EOS) is not supported. Is this because the computer is a Dell or is it because of the Windows Vista ? Already been to both web sites for support but apparently I am still having problems. Can you help me with this?
