optimum WiFi doesn't show up

Hi,

I have Inspiron 17R 5737, since a week ago, it doesnt recognize the optimum wifi and it doesnt appear in the available wireless network connection,all other network connection are in the list only optimum is missing, my roomate laptop recognises the optimum wifie just fine, what should I do? i renstall the driver, didnt work, Re installed windows and downloaded the latest driver same issue, there are bunch of other nest works in my connection list no optimum , please help

Thanks for posting.

Apologies that your computer is not working as you expected.

Have you been able to connect to other wifi networks other than the optimum system?  How about your home or work router?

If the computer connects to other wifi networks, then the problem would be with Optium.

Go into your settings and enable 5GHz network.

Thank you so much for replying,

yes my laptop recognizes and works with other networks , the only issue is optimum WiFi , my friend's laptop recognize the network, my phone recognizes the network, only in this laptop since 2 weeks ago in the list of the available networks optimum WiFi doesn't show up, I dont know what to do.

Hi,

Thanks for reading my post, I don't see 5GHz option to enable it, my network adapter is Intel N 7260

any advice?
